Additional fees can include the following:
• Domain registration (annual)
• Squarespace plan fees (monthly or annual)
• Squarespace add-ons like Membership or Scheduling (pricing varies)
• Copywriting and stock photography searching
• Email hosting (optional but recommended; for a nominal fee I can set this up for you)
• Transaction fees if you take credit card payments (via PayPal or Stripe; e-commerce sites only)
• Third-party integrations (factor in prices for integrated plans, such as event registrations)—these usually require a Squarespace Business plan at minimum because of the coding we’d need to add

I can write basic website copy, or I can put you in touch with an SEO expert. I can definitely help you find free stock photography. These services incur an hourly charge on top of the design fees.

My goal is to build a site that you can maintain yourself, with minimal effort and some light training.

Sure can! Whether you need monthly or occasional help, I can update your site for an hourly charge or on a retainer basis.

Sure! We’ll follow the same general process, just building your site on Shopify instead of Squarespace.
Squarespace is great if you have a blog as well as a store, and if you just need a basic e-commerce solution that can track your inventory, allow you to take and fulfill online orders, and enable basic point-of-sale transactions.
Shopify is recommended if you have more than 20 products to sell, or if you need robust point-of-sale options as well as an online store.
